Musculoskeletal Injuries and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
Fletch places a great emphasis on providing clear explanations to enable his clients to understand and actively participate in their recovery. With a strong interest in the latest evidence, Fletch aims for long term solutions, not simply providing short term relief.
With extensive experience in Orthopaedic Rehabilitation and a close working relationship with local and visiting specialists, Fletch is able to guide and assist with post-operative recovery.
Sports injuries
“What have I done, what do I need to do and when will I be able to play again?” Addressing these 3 key components is essential to effectively manage sports injuries, whether a recreational participants or a competitive athlete.
With a strong emphasis on clear explanations, Fletch is able to provide an accurate diagnosis and assistance with the most up to date and evidence based treatments. Return to play advice and testing ensures a sustainable return to sport.

Fletch has extensive experience working with both children and adults with disabilities.

Workplace Injuries
Dealing with an injury at any time is difficult and the added complications of the workplace injury system can make things even harder.
Effective communication between workers, employers and insurers is essential and with experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, Fletch provides efficient and effective workplace injury management.
Concussion Rehabilitation
Appropriate management following a concussion is now recognised as essential for a safe return to sport and activity.
Physiotherapy plays an important role in concussion assessment, management and guiding return to activity.
Fletch completed the Complete Concussion Management Healthcare Practitioner Certification through CCMI in 2018 and works closely with medical specialists in this field.
Golf Physiotherapy
A self-professed golf tragic, the only thing Fletch enjoys more than trying to maintain his shaky single figure handicap, is working with other golfers to help them participate and achieve their best.
Fletch travelled to California in 2016 to complete his TPI Certification through the Titleist Performance Institute, studying further to complete his Level 2 Medical Certification.
Combining his passions for golf and working with clients in the disability sector, Fletch has completed his All-Abilities Community Instructor Accreditation through Golf Australia and is an Eligibility Assessor for EDGA, the international body responsible for world ranking classifications for golfers with a disability.
Mining Sector Physiotherapy
Providing an onsite Physiotherapy service to several mines in western NSW since 2012, Fletch has developed a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the specific tasks and requirements of the mining sector. This enables effective services in prevention, management and treatment of injuries within this sector.
Fletch has extensive experience in the development and completion of mine specific Pre-Employment and Functional Capacity Evaluations. Having completed his Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, Fletch is also able to complete comprehensive Role Physical Requirements Reports.

Pre-Employment Assessments
With experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation and formal training in the WorkHab Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) and the ErgoScience Physical Work Performance Evaluation (PWPE), Fletch holds significant expertise in the development and implementation of these assessments.
His knowledge as a Physiotherapist enables the interpretation of assessment findings, with explanations of relevant findings a key component of reporting.
